• That this is a facility made available to Kerala Christian brides and grooms. Registration process will be completed only after submission of valid ID proof and verification of the same. We provides personalised support by way of regular communication with the registered members and by way of providing counselling, mediating and other follow-up services. Both the parties not only understand this fact but also agree to receive and reciprocate communication from each other.
• That you agree to submit your profile for verification and shall provide additional data upon request.
• That this is a platform provided strictly for matrimonial purpose and is not intended to be used for dating. Misuse of the platform/ services, if found, is liable for legal action.
• That parents are free to register their wards only when they have the consent of the candidates concerned for availing themselves the services.
• That the candidates are free to register their profile with the knowledge of their parents/guardian and shall submit their contact telephone numbers as well as that of the parents/guardian.
• That the service shall be used for finding a marriage alliance exclusively for the person whose profile is registered with us. Therefore, you are expected to give an undertaking that you will not use the information collected from NasraniVivaham for any person other than the registered candidate or for any commercial purpose.
• That the registration is not transferable under any circumstance, and it is valid only for the prescribed period with an option to renew the registration for further periods.
• That the registered members are expected to communicate with the prospective matches only on the exclusive chat platform and contact details are shared only by the participating members as per their will and is not shared by us.
• That in case the profile submitted turns out to be false or there is any difficulty in contacting the candidate at the address, telephone number or email provided by the registrant, we reserves the right to cancel the registration.
• That we provides temporary membership at its own discretion for a limited period, and necessary facilities are made available for the candidate to check if matching profiles are available.
• That the registration shall be activated only after the receipt of your complete profile, your photos, photo ID and valid mobile number.
• That Nasrani Social Welfare Ministry, JSCC will include the details of all registered candidates on its website Nasrani Vivaham.com.
• That we permits you to search only the candidates of the opposite gender and leave you free to select suitable matches. You can get the full details of such candidates only if they are found to be matching yours.
• That we proposes alliances only at the initiative of one of the parties. You are required to choose suitable matches.
• That we does not authenticate any information submitted by the members unless marked “verified”. You are therefore requested to verify credentials and information provided by such users.
• That the profiles registered with us shall be made available to other registered members with minimum restriction.
• While we provide a platform for matchmaking, we do not guarantee that a user will get their match. We do not guarentee the success of any matches, relationships or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
• Selecting the age of candidate during registration will be the users own responsibility. Any registrations with age under the minimum marriage age will be cancelled.
• That online payment is made available through Online Payment Gateway. Your financial information is submitted at the secured site of the Payment Gateways. The privacy policy of the service provider banks shall be applicable and binding when you use such facility.
• That we may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership and / or your right to use the Service for any reason like violation of terms and conditions and/or violation of privacy policy and /or any other act by you which may feel not appropriate to our standards by us effective upon sending notice to you at the email address as provided you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provided to us and without any refund to you of any of your utilized/unutilized subscription fee.
• That you may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason only by writing to us from your registered email only. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any utilized/unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you.
• That multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on Nasrani Vivaham. We reserve the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.
• That no refund shall be made for subscription fees utilized/unutilized at any circumstances.
• That we will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication / Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.
• That you agree to inform us as soon as your marriage is fixed so that your profile can be removed from its active list. We reserves the right to disable your profile if it receives information that your marriage is fixed and announced.
• That you agree to provide us the rights to publish your wedding photo in its website, publications, or other media.
• That you agree to comply with all the etiquettes and rules regarding user conduct on the Internet and provide only socially acceptable content.
• That we reserves the right to modify the terms of services and privacy policy as required from time to time and you agree to such modified terms and conditions of service.

Our services are deemed to be based in Kottayam, Kerala, India and any activities carried out are deemed to have occurred in Kottayam, Kerala. You as a user hereby consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Kottayam, Kerala.

You confirm that the information submitted to us is true to the best of your knowledge and you agree to provide the supporting documents whenever requested.

You also confirm your intent to seek matrimonial alliance as a registered candidate or the parent/representative of the candidate by utilising the facilities provided by us and agree to inform us as soon as the candidate’s marriage is fixed.
